In spring, we celebrate
Victory Day . On the 9th of May in 1945, our country won
the Great Patriotic war. This holiday is very important for us. In the morning,
we watch the military parade on Red square on TV. We attach St.George ribbons
to our clothes. Then we go to Nevsky Prospect and take part in the parade of
the Everliving Regiment (Бессмертный Полк). We carry posters with photos
of our relatives who took part in the war. We are proud of them.. At noon there
is a Minute of Silence. In the evening, we admire the fireworks and visit our
relatives.
